All our products are final sale due to their nature, we do offer solutions for specific cases. Please read the details below.
Matcha Products
Due to the delicate and perishable nature of matcha, all matcha sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for opened or unopened matcha powders.
However, if your product arrives damaged, we will gladly send a replacement of the same item (pending availability). Please see the “Damaged Items” section below for how to request one.
Damaged or Defective Items
If something arrives broken or damaged, we’re here to help.

Reporting Window: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Steps:

Email [Your Email] with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and shipping box.

Once verified, we will provide return instructions and send a replacement, if available.

If a replacement is not available, store credit will be issued for the item’s value, valid for 6 months.
